Elsa M Estrada-Volpe - Village Trustee

Elsa Estrada-Volpe was appointed to the Village Board of Trustees in August 2023 and is a candidate for a full four year term in 2025.

A resident of Elmwood Park for over 20 years. Elsa proudly served as an elected member of the Elmwood Park Library board for over 10 years before being the first Latina trustee of the Elmwood Park Village Board.

Elsa is a seasoned banker and is an officer of Time Bank in Park Ridge. She has been married for 40 years and has an adult daughter who is 36 years old. In 1969 Elsa immigrated from Cuba with her parents to seek a better life. Elsa’s parents are also proud residents of Elmwood Park and strong believers in the American dream.

In her free time Elsa enjoys gardening, playing with her dog, the arts and interacting with her friends.
